Nazi Treasure in the Dominican Republic
Loaded with stolen treasures and prominent Nazi leaders and scientists, who were seeking new life in the United States,
the U-boat final destination was the Caribbean, the Dominican Republic, where the dictator Rafaeol Leonidas Trujillo
was secret admirer of Adolf Hitler and he permitted his island to be a bridge for this kind of secret operations between
Nazi Germany and New World countries.
The novel is charged with action, true geographical names and dates, and the end surprises readers with huge surprise.
The author, Dr. Lubos Kordac, had been working over more than 7 years to compile and verify all the historical information regarding secret missions of German U-boats by the end of the Second World War in the Caribbean and Latin America. To get first hand information, the author visited U-boot archives in Kiel and Bremenhaven, former German submarine bases in France, he travelled even to the southern Chile to try to find still living witnesses and, of course, he spent literally thousands of hours searching in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Lubos Kordac is well-known for his books containing historical facts and not a fiction, and this novel is not an exception.
